Fire Breathing Shrimp
Ingredients: 2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp.
Preparation: Heat mixture uncovered for approximately 15 minutes, until the beer foam subsides. Add in shrimp, stir, and cook until the shrimp is cooked through. Serve on a colorful platter with a sourdough or French bread loaf. Pour some of the remaining sauce from the pan into small individual cups or sauce boats for dipping |
