Cajun Rub

Ingredients:

4 T paprika
2 T salt
2 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
1 T cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 T ground black pepper
1 T dry thyme leaves
1 T dry oregano
1 T dry rosemary
1 T dry basil

 

Preparation:
mix all ingredients and then apply to your favorite meats,like pork or chicken or beef.allow rub to marinate meat for a least 4 hours *mix half cajun rub and half lemon pepper to season catfish or other white flesh fish ;ie halibut or sea bass. a small amount of olive oil makes this a wet rub/marinade..
